At Microsoft, I was hired to create the first design system for Planner—a widely used product with no centralized design library. By aligning with Fluent 2 and Teams tokens, I built a scalable, reusable system that significantly improved design efficiency, visual consistency, and developer collaboration. This work saved over 2,400 design hours and expanded from a small initiative into a major product investment.
